Scam / Trickster, pretending to be in a computer support role or from Microsoft. Do not engage in conversation. However, when they (he?) is asking to confirm the owner/computer operator - suggest you say something like, "Oh no, you need to speak to my.. [husband/wife/son] ..he/she is in the other room, I'll just fetch him/her for you" then leave the phone off-hook/connected - and enjoy the moments of costing them money for the call. If everyone does the same, this evil fraudster will eventually get the message! ;)
