An indian guy from the Windows Technical Department calls you to notice you your pc got a virus (how nice).
It's obviously a scam and the guy will probably steal all your data

Caller from this number said he was from Microsoft Department! ?..and do I have a maintenance contract on my computer. I told him I worked with Microsoft and started a conversation about the design of Windows at which point he hung up.

Just called me in UK. I did not answer. I am glad that I did not based on other comments. My phone identified the caller's number as Tx, USA.

despite asking them not to call and advising I was on telephone preferenace list the Indian sounding man said he would keep calling,I advise I would report the number as a nusiance call - he then said he would call me 100 times a day !!

I keep getting call from this number but have never answered,i then get a voice mail message and when i try to access it the message come up as "the number you are dialing is incorrect, please try later". I would like to be able to stop recieving calls from this number.

Just got a call from an Indian sounding lady telling me that microsoft were going to perminently shutdown my computer. I didn't let her continue and just laughed at her down the phone and hung up. She called back so I let it go to answaphone and she didn't leave a message. Total scam phone call!
