I'm beginniing to think the rest of world thinks ripping off, conning and just causing trouble and fear for us British Islanders is easy because our kindness and politeness is translated as weak and stupid. I recommend a loud high pitched whistle to be kept by the phone and blown long and loud into reciever, then report the number to your providers.
