King G replied 7/28/14, 7:57 AMThese guys are dodgy. They tell you to press the windows key and R at the same time. DONT DO IT. This will lock your computer and they will then scam you out of money. I pushed them as to where they are calling from, they say Canada and they are from Microsoft. Load of rubbish and they should be avoided. Report to police
