Car insurance on a vehicle I don't have. It was scrapped weeks ago, and I notified them. I even have the certificate of destruction - but they don't care about that. They have refused to accept me cancelling my policy. They have pestered me by email (despite the fact they say they won't allow me to cancel by email), and by phone (before 8.15am, leaving pestering voicemail messages). They are threatening, berating and harassing. It's as if I dare stop paying car insurance when I don't have a car any more! Even worse, they OWE ME money since I pay a month in advance.
If you're looking for car insurance, well, just think carefully who you go with. because if you need to cancel it, these b*****ds won't let you, even if you don't have a car!
