Everythung started after I get a message on the answer machine about an FBI agent that was looking for my father. When I returned the call, a man with a very strong (Asian like)accent and a very bad connection said that he is from Washington and they have a arrest warrant for my father because he broke a tax law. I asked him if he is from IRS and he said NO. Then he went on saying something about the immigration and constitution, nothing was making sense. He was harassing us and he was very hard to be heard or understood.

A man wanted to speak with my husband, said he was a Crime Inspector with the Treasury Tax Administration regarding late charges due on a federal loan. He had a really strong accent and line was breaking up badly. He would not discuss with me. He presented himself as Michael.. I don't believe them, it sounds like a big scam!
