Got a message on my answering machine, that the Internal Revenue Service was filing lawsuit against me to call immediately. I called 202-617-8053 and spoke to man with an Indian accent. He said he was with the Internal Revenue Service that my file was audit back to 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and I owe them $5,700. that I needed to make payment or I was going to jail, they were going to suspend my driver's license and take my Social Security check. I replied I have done nothing wrong to go to jail for. He said if you don't make a payment right now, I am filing lawsuit against you and I'll see you in court.

They called my 87yr old mother at 7AM waking her up (she did not answer, letting it go to voicemail), the message they left was, they were from the IRS and were filing a lawsuit if she did not call them soon. When I called the number a man with an African accent answered claiming to be the IRS. When I challenged him, he began laughing, cursing and threatening me...

Called my cell phone with an automated message about the IRS filing a lawsuit against me. Looked up the number on google and found this. Glad other people are reporting the number. It amazes me how many people call trying to scam people these days.
