The recorded voice claimed to be from the IRS but the number that showed up on my phone was 835-593-8444 - but 835 is not an actual area code. So creepy!

Angry Call Recipient reported Claimed to Be IRS with the number 2027381233 as Harassment calls
I was called by a robotic voice and told that I owe the IRS money. I phoned the number given (this number) and was told I could send them the money to them to prevent a lawsuit.
I asked for a supervisor, but was told that no supervisor was available for 45 minutes. I asked what court and no court was specified. I was just told I'd be in front of a judge.
This number seems to be a scam.
