Called left voice mail that said they were from the legal department of the IRS and that if I or my attorney did not return their call I was subject to the "consequences that would unfold on me". Person had a barely understandable accent and did not use my legal name that the IRS certainly would. Caller has called several times, this was the first VM I could understand.

I kinda played his game today. I told him I don't have any debt and I am an FBI agent and have traced his called and I know that he is fake. Please I told him to give me his email address and and physical address and he couldn't. He couldn't even verify how much I owe if I did owe anything. Then he tried to give me a docket number. And then the number does even sound like a docket number. I use to work in the courts. And I know no one will cold call anyone from a court ask them for personal information. You would have to be served papers in person and given instructions to call someone. Why can't they catch these people?

The guy called me and was very rude and disresptecful. Threaten me that he was calling from the IRS and that I needed to pay what I owe. All he had on me was my name and number. He couldn't tell me how much I owed. Then he began to curse at me and threatened to have the cops come to my house. He threatened to have me fired from my job and also threatened that someone would come to my house, punch me in my face, and beat me up really bad. Do not trust this number or caller. I am submitting his number to the IRS scam unit.

A lady with a foreign accent called on 6.19.14 in the evening and again in the morn of 6.20.14, saying she was from the IRS to collect a debt and is extremely time sensitive. If you do not call back or hear from my attorney, good luck as it unfolds.
