I have received a call from +212692280167 also! Only the last 2 digits are different. Here's a copy paste from another site: "You are being called from abroad to subject you to scam!
This is scam Premium Rate number (00212)from Morocco. You will get charged at a premium call rate, if you call back and the scammers would get a portion of it. You will be kept on hold, while they play music or even run erotic audio tapes in an effort to keep you hooked. The longer they manage to keep a victim on the call, the higher they make.
These calls arrive at night or early in the morning and would ring only once or twice, ensuring the call is missed. Being off guard at such odd times, many people end up calling back, only to be kept on the phone line, for several minutes." -

the recent bill on my mum's number showed a call charged @ INR 630 for a 14 min call to this number. she has no recollection of having called it but i remember her complaining of receiving calls at odd hours from it. while Vodafone has agreed to reverse the charges, it was unnecessary hassle and if it had gone unnoticed, it would have been unnecessary cost as well. i too get calls form this number off and on but i am aware of the scam. Vulnerable users like my mom would end up paying heavily for this. i wish telecom companies and cyber laws did something to figure this.
