Man with Indian accent asked me to turn on my computer so he could help me fix a problem. Fun to mess with. I told him I didn't have a computer or electricity etc. Claimed to be from Windows Computers.

Said he was Max from Windows computers. He needed my computer turned on so he could help me. I acted frightened and stupid. I begged for his help! He bought it. I wish I'd recorded. Finally hung up on me when I told him the police took my computer away but I'd get it back after the trial.

Called at 7:58 am, saying someone had hacked my computer and put malicious software on it. Wanted me to go to my computer and he would guide me. I asked if HE wanted to hack my computer, take my passwords, and CC numbers. He was calm thru this all, trying to keep his fish on the hook. I got tired of playing this game, and just hung up. Foreign accent, said he was 'Jordan'.

I just recieved phone call from this number. When i picked up the phone started ringing like i had called them. A guy with foreign accent claiming to be Max from Microsoft said my computer was badly infected and to please turn on my computer and do what he told me. (Oh yeah! I would DEFINITELY do this. LOL ) I told him the line was recorded due to my husbands line of work and that I need him to keep talking because I needed all the info I could get. He then started calling me everything but a white woman. I heard more F bombs than I have heard in the last 5 years. He also told me what all he would like to do to me and how he would like to do it. He called from 214-228-4484 and also gave me phone number 929-999-1834 but of course this was before I made him mad. ;)

The call came at 7:48 on a Saturday morning. Caller ID said Jeff Hahn. I know a family with that surname, so I picked up. A woman with a foreign accent said she was calling about my computer. I said it was before 8 AM, I had no problems with my computer, and asked what kind of a scam this was. She said "Get lost, idiot," and hung up.
