They post illegal advertising signs all over the city of Philadelphia, making neighborhoods looking like a ghetto. Who wants to look out their front door and see a sign saying 'JUNK CARS WANTED' ? Let him post his signs all over his property, and stay out of everyone elses neighborhood! I bet the person doesn't even pay property taxes!
Mayor Nutter needs to fine the person for each and every sign posted, which would be thousands of dollars of needed revenue for the City of Philadelphia! I would NEVER do business with such a low life ignorant business person who posts ILLEGAL signs all over everyones neighborhoods. Better yet, MAKE THIS PERSON REMOVE EACH AND EVERY SIGN!
