I received a voice mail today indicating that I needed to call back within 4 hours or they would call my employer to verify employment. There was also something said about a claim and a restraining order. I have no idea what they're talking about?

Callers is threatening to contact my place of employment if I don't return my call within four hours. It's telling me there has been a restraining order filed against me and for what reasons, I have no clue.

This number caller harrasing that if my attorany or i dont call back in 4 to 24 hours they would call my employer. So i tryed to call them and it says inbox is full and that it would send my number to a pager?? never had i heard that about any business so i am reporting them.

I got a call from this number last week threatening me that I owed money to a payday loan company, I called the payday loan compay -MY CASH NOW and they know I owe no money and took the numbers I had been called from. Today it states the number is not taking calls. Maybe they were shut down-cuz the supervisor at MYCASHNOW was very upset.

I gotten a call from this number. Threaten to call my employer if I didn't call back in 4-hrs. Last week it was 48hrs. They are also using this number 216-644-1249. I know this is Illegal. I hope the FTC and FCC can do something about these people.

Clearly an illegal scam targeting some moronic collection agency, caller threatens to call your employer in 4 hours if you don't call them back. When you actually do get someone, they have no clue about collection law. They refuse to give you any information, will not give you a debt verification letter, nor will they send any information to you. This is ILLEGAL!! Know your rights, call the Ohio Attorney General's office, Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau, and the FCC, then call the Cleveland Police and file a complaint, have the District Attorney file a cease an desist order, and they will be arrested if they don't stop. THEY ARE LIARS, DO NOT COOPERATE.

I received a call on my cell phone stating me or my attorney have 4 hours to call back or a restraining order will be put against me and they will contact my employer. Well the message has been left on my number twice in the last week and then today they called my job. A fellow co-worker answered and said hey Mary you want to pick this call up. How embarrasing. He was understanding and said you need to report this its against the law for those crazy to call and leave threating messages. The number they called from was 216-217-5984.
