Claims to be from the US Treasury. Definitely isn't and is definitely recorded because they called back less than five minutes later with the exact same message.

Left a message telling me I was part of a class action lawsuit brought on by US Treasury concerning misuse of my pension.{sorry, don't have a pension} Told me to call back and cooperate with them so that I wouldn't have to appear before a judge. Said it would be in my best interest. Foreign accent. Sounded like he was from India.

they wanted to send me 100$ in vouchers and then when I was transferred to the "verification" department Halston was rude and aggressive, he answered the phone "yeah" as if I was a bother, then I asked for the manager, he said he was the manager and then I was given to Nick another manager who was rude to me and aggressive. I was going to buy but both men's attitudes, lack of professionalism and aggression towards me the customer stopped that.

Received a call that I was selected to participate on winning a $100 gift card from a major retailer like Target, Walmart, etc. He wanted my full name, address, date of birth and some other information to enter my name for the drawing and would also have to pay for $3.95 shipping/handling, meaning credit card info. I could hear background noise from woman and kids talking.
Total scam to obtain personal information. If I would something, they would simply mail me free of charge the gift card. Avoid scam. -
