I missed a call from this number. When I called back, a recorded message from Telecom said this .number is not in service and was used by a carrier not in their control.

i answer this number and no one says anything and then they hang up, i called the number back a few times and i received a recorded message from International Telecom informing me that the number is not in service and that it is in use by another carrier beyond their control.

I keep getting calls from this number on my cell phone. They always hang up either before I can answer or immediately after I do. I tried calling the number back and received a recorded message from International Telecom informing me that the number is not in service and that it is in use by another carrier beyond their control.
