They're calling multiple times a day to speak with every person in the company. Since we know who's calling, nobody ever answers but they take annoying to a whole new level

They keep calling my work line, at a UNIVERSITY and will not stop. I've asked 10+ times to stop, and now have to inform IT to block their number from calling our Department. Unless the gov is selling it's own numbers, then they don't receive them from "clients"..
I'm also looking forward to their Copy&Paste reply. What great customer service. -

I get 6 calls a day from these people for water and waste digest. I have told them FOR OVER A YEAR to stop calling, it has nothing to do with our business and we have NEVER gotten the magazine. I just had the employee actually yell at me for raising my voice because I am sick of this and she says " is this how you talk to your customers?!" I said your NOT a customer, your harassing me for a free subscription! These are awful and vile people, my phone, my prerogative! If zero stars was an option they'd get that. -

I was recently contacted by a polite female who conducted a very brief, yet eye-opening survey about a public figure. I had no idea who Joann Windholz was; but the caller remained very polite and patient. Even though I did not feel like my answers were helpful, the lady graciously thanked me for my time. Then I googled Joann Windholz. All people concerned about access to health care for women should do the same. The person conducting the survey did a very un-biased job; and I am appreciative of the work done by Aspen Research. (also aspen media & market research, according to other online info).

They called me at 7pm on a Sunday evening and I told them I was on the national do not call list. He said since they were doing a survey and not soliciting that they can call. I told him I wanted off their list and no more calls, he started saying after I ask these questions and I said NO IM NOT ANSWERING QUESTIONS TAKE ME OFF THE LIST AND DO NOT CALL AGAIN! They call again and I'm gonna get severely nasty! No means no! A friend of mine got a call at 4am this morning.

Anyone who repeatedly calls on a Sunday evening for any reason (ie telemarketing or survey bs) is not a legitimate or trustworthy company. I have gotten call after call, either they hang up on me or just don't say anything. The ONE time I did actually talk to a person they had my last name wrong (not uncommon) but was rude and wanted me to do a survey for them.. claiming to be in the medical field. I told them I NEVER do surveys from anyone calling me because I do not give out any information personal or otherwise. If they wanted to contact me do so via mail and he hung up! Now they call every few hours. This is ridiculous and a scam. Why else would someone want my information so badly or my opinions for that matter?
