Have our previous home # over a year keep getting calls looking for Melissa Ross before a warrant is issued. Explained don't know this person, not her #. They said would remove this #. Today got another nasty call, I called back explaining to lady all over again,she hung up on me when I tried to ask why after a yr still calling. Called back man answered I explained again situation, he said he was not "customer service" and # would be removed again in 48 hrs. Tried to ask him why it was on list again after a year, he hung up. Whomever this company is need to know how to explain why calls are not being removed as stated except an excuse that their computers are behind in removing #'s instead of being down right NASTY. After a year your still looking for someone than put out a warrant like the calls indicated that are left.
