same thing happened to me, it's a robocall... "hello", "this is laura" which sounds completely automated, then it goes "are you there?".. the dnc doesnt work.

They called me twice this week. The first time noone was on the phone. The second time an obviously automated woman called "laura" was on the phone and wanted to know how I am today ... I hung up on "her".
