Got an automated message on my phone which said to call the IRS or face prosecution. I was fortunate enough to have read about this scam previously, so I did not bother to call back. Also the IRS always send out a letter when there is an issue. Be on the lookout and call the IRS to confirm.

Yesterday I got a voicemail from a Julie Smith from the IRS, saying to call this number back or they would take legal action against me. This is a scam, I saw it on Fox before. The IRS always sends notice in the mail. They don't call out of the blue.
