These people should definitely go to jail. We do have an irs situation but are making monthly payments. This caller frank said my husband will be arrested tomorrow for failure to pay 5250$. My husband has heart problems and was ready to pack a suitcase and fly away. I am thankful for reverse lookup.

Got a couple of calls from this number yesterday. When I wasn't able to answer they left a voicemessage that went on for several minutes without anyone saying a word. When I picked up, a man with a strong accent said that he was calling from the IRS and asked for someone who wasn't me nor had any connection to me (I don't even know someone by the name).
I don't have any tax debt nor any other "deficiencies" with my taxes. So I have no idea why they are calling here. Especially since they clearly have the wrong guy.Robert replied 10/10/13, 2:56 PMGot same call from Indian scammer. He should be arrested

A guy with a strong accent (India/middle eastern) left a message stating he was calling from the IRS, and wanted to know my attorney of record. The message continued by stating that the message was extremely time sensitive, and that I must return the call to avoid a "transaction". The caller gave division # and a reference number, but this is a scam. The IRS contacts by mail.
