I received a couple of calls from this number, the call being mostly unintelligible. The man spoke with a strong Indian accent, so sounds offshore to me! I think that it is related to a website I was looking at a couple of days ago. I forget the name but it was for free courses run by universities. That is the only thing I can think of that I have done in the last few days that would spark up such an usual call, because I entered in some contact details. So good luck guys!
