After purchasing a new home, a card is mailed that says you can get a gift from (Lowe's in this case) some company. They then tell you to get a free home check on water systems. They're looking to sell a water system, but there is a free item for doing so. Not technically malicious, but spammy

The fake mail said: "Home sweet home, congratulations on your new home. Please contact us within 7 days. We have a parcel for you. Call 5058814998 from 9:00 am - 7:00 pm M-F for more detail." With home depot logo.
