"Justin" calling from Windows Security Dept about my PC. Indian accent. Wanted me to open my PC so he could show me what's not working. Said charge $163 for 3yrs but this is known scam. Windows Security does not make outbound cold calls. Scam!

Stated he was with PC Matic,which I have an account with. About running a check up on my computer. They do it by remote control. He told me my IP Address was being used by other people and said I need to upgrade my current software when I told him no that he was just there to sell me something he managed to shut down my computer now I can get back on it.
