This company started calling my number in April. I answered that first call at 7:20am and they said they were calling from RBC. I told them I did not want to talk to RBC at 7 in the morning. I then google the phone number and found this company is actually CBV Collection. I do not owe anyone money so I just let the phone call go to voice mail when I see the 604 area code. They called almost every weekday and more than 50 calls logged so far.
