    Called my wife's cell at 2:34 pm CST on 12/09/2013. No msg. Ignored the call as it was an unknown number and there have been a LOT of unknown, no-msg calls lately.

    absolutely infuriating! they call every other day, trying to sell car insurances. they lie about taking your number off the call list and they will call you again and again. i can't block numbers on my phone (it would cost extra and i'm cheap), but there has to be some way to stop them!
