Robocall. Caller ID says CARDMEMBER SVCS. With no doubt, the same scam as you'll see a thousand other times.
The number on the caller ID is spoofed, but this is a rare occasion where it goes to an actual voice system. The answering service has a message that says:
"Hello and thank you for calling the contact center. If you would like to have the number you're calling from placed oon our do not call list, press 1. If you want to enter a different number to place on our do not call list, press 2. Thank you." -

I've been getting regular calls from this number for months. It stops and then starts again. When I'm getting the calls it can be 2-3 times a day. I don't pick up and they don't leave a message.
