I receive several calls per day from this number. Most of the time they don't say anything. Sometimes a foreign man will be on the line. A couple of times he said that he wanted to kiss me and that he would call me back early in the morning to wake me up. I asked him to please stop calling but, the calls continue to come every day. Is there a way to block this number?

these people have told me that they have a pain cream that is absolutely free. they have called several times. I wondered how that could be so, now I see they are calling others with different stories, so I do not believe there is any real product. i once had another company send me a "free" product to try, and when I returned it, they claimed they never got it back and attempted to charge me for it. so be careful about what you let people send you.
