Constant harassment from this number! When I answer, a Heather from Account Services asks me if I'm interested in lowering my credit card rates. When I tell her no, she doesn't listen. When I ask her how they got my number, she doesn't answer. When I tell her to remove my number from their call list, she says okay but then she keeps calling. Who do I have to shoot to get some peace and quiet around here?!
