Multiple voicemails left requesting a callback about an “Spectrum account inquiry.” I don’t have Spectrum. My dad received a fake Spectrum letter at his house with the exact same phone# and extension listed to call, same “representative” and reference number. We don’t live together, nor have any affiliated accounts.

Lady called in regards to my dispute that I made, I guess to say they found my equipment??!?!! Got called on august the 18th and talked to a nice rep named Wendy from a toll-free call number and she got me everything I needed, Today the August the 19th 2022 a lady called me from this number and was totally rude and wanted my old address when I have 6 apartments at that time.. I told her the correct address and she said was wrong wouldn't wait and was being super rude. SO I JUST NOW the spectrum dispute department and they said the case was closed Today the 19th... and it was found! BUT WHEN I GOT THE CALL FROM THIS LADY ON THE 19TH SHE WAS TOTALLY RUDE AND WOULDN'T WAIT ONE MINUTE FOR ME TO FIND THE ADDRESS AND JUST HUNG UP ON ME.
