They have been harassing me, my mother, and now my employer. They are intimating that they beginning legal proceedings against me but won't say why. I've tried to google the Morgan Harris firm but can't find anything other than random facebook entries for individuals named Morgan Harris. They told my mother I am wanted for bouncing checks. 1) I rarely use checks anymore and 2) they're not allowed to say anything like that to anybody except myself or my attorney. These people are relentless and I don't know what to do. I almost wish they would sue me so that they would have to produce documentation. I have not been contacted by my bank about any checks, I am in good standing with my accounts.
