Called and left a message saying that because they were unable to reach me I may be unhappy with the decision and they were going to be moving forward with the claim. I needed to call back at this number and press option 1. I googled the number and read the reviews and found this information because the number came up unknown. I do not have any collection account so this didn't make any sense.

They left 2 voice mails,I called the number a guy answers and says they are a paternity testing company. They have no information on why they are calling. Called them again and voice mail message says states they are Turning point Solutions. Definitely fraud.

keep getting calls for Yolanda Rose,regarding file 813619 and asked to call 8667504733 regarding case settlement. Had our phone number for the past 3 plus years and never anyone by that name associated with our number nor do I know anyone by that name. Very irritating, but not going to call that number as so many scams out there these days.

They have been calling my cell phone and leaving messages. They never state who they are on the message. I called 866-750-4733 back and it is Turning Point Solutions. I check them out on the BBB site and they mention they are bad to say the least. I don't know what they want but I know I have settled all my debts.It is scam. they have started calling my work. The always use unavailable or restricted and sometimes other numbers.

they keep calling me a work regarding a payday loan from 3 yrs. ago. I had already contacted the original payday lenders and offered to settle with them, but they didn't want to cooperate. Now they have sold the acct to TPS and now they are harrasing me. They are calling anonymously to my job from a local number, but we have caller id on all calls and our normal patients call from numbers that are recognized. I have referred the orignial payday lending people to the Attorney Generals' office; looks like I will have to do it again.

This # has called me 3x over the past month, stating they are a collection agency, TPS, and are contacting me before they hand the matter over re: a payday loan. I have requested they mail me something to my home, which they refuse to do. I have informed them that they are contacting me via my cell phone, and once I inform them of that fact, as a collection agency they may no longer contact me via my phone. The rep told me my cell phone is a luxury and they will continue to call me. I told him to go ahead and I will press charges against them.
