Received the call and someone with a very thick accent asked for me by a very old name and mispronounced my name. When I asked for more info on who was calling & why she transferred me to someone else with a thick accent. I told this person who again mispronounced my name that they were not pronouncing my name correctly and that I wanted to know who they were and why they were calling before I answered any questions. She proceeded to tell that she would "get to that in a minute but I first had to answer her questions." I hung up without another word. About a year ago I went through full credit restore in order to purchase a home. I know that I do not have collection accounts and all current accounts are in good standing. Please do not be fooled by these people. Do not give them any of your information!

Got a call from this number on my cell. Normally, my cell rings 4 times and then goes to voicemail. Somehow, my phone did one, long, continuous, unbroken ring for like 20 seconds. I'd never seen that before. I had to literally swipe to dismiss the call in order to stop it. I tested my phone after that in there was nothing wrong with it. After googling this number, I see it is a bill collector. Don't know how they managed that trick.

this number calls non stop. morning, noon and night. sometimes they identify themselves as mcm trying to collect a debt. but can never verify the actual account number the "debt" is under. sometimes when they call, they do not say anything at all. I suggest not to call they number back as it just rings and rings then clicks over to tie up your line as if they are trying to keep your line open. as I've heard that is a scam for people to make calls out of the country and charge you for them.

Called on the Memorial Day weekend, on a Sunday, and would not identify themselves except as MCM. "Who is this, please?" "This is MCM." Refused to say who they were beyond that, or what they wanted. Kept asking me for my name, which seemed odd considering that they had dialed my number. The person I talked to had an odd accent I couldn't place. Hung up on them without revealing any personal info, not even my name, and looked them up here. As all my bills are current, this has to be a scam of some kind. Blocked the number so I don't have to bother with them again.

This number calls me every 30 mins from 7 to 9 at night. I never answer it. Sometimes they will call and hang up and then call back and hang up. I get calls on Sunday all day up until 9pm. I just blocked the number after reading what people wrote. If everyone knows who is doing this why is there no law enforcement ? They are lying and asking for ss #'s? Why are they allowed to harass people? Where are they getting our numbers from?

They claim to be Midland Credit Management, the guy I talked to had a strong Indian accent, he actually sounded like one of those people from India with a limited English vocabulary, he went on and told me I had unpaid credit card debt. I replied back to him saying that's impossible and that he had the wrong person because I've always paid my bills, I'm debt free and with a credit score of 800+...........his tone became hateful and very disrespectful saying I owed thousands and that he needed to verify my identity by me giving them my social security number, I then told him this call was over and for him to go suck a camels dick...........the number was then blocked, gotta love technology! On a more serious note, do not ever give out personal information over the phone, not even your name and most certainly never ever your social, I suspect this guy was a identity stealer and not a debt collector! I hope this review helps someone out :)

8774343755 called me and stated that were trying to collect on unpaid bill. I told them if that's true I want a signed original contract copy with my signature sent to me. they then stated only if I dispute the owed bill would they send the info. I mentioned I could neither confirm nor deny any claims of theirs without a signed original contract. Showing it is my bill. They said they would send what they had which is not a signed original contract. Lol. I started RECORDING our conversation constantly stating I could neither confirm nor deny a 9 year old bill without a signed original contract. Showing I actually am responsible for their claim. they said they'd call me back.
