Caller left message claiming to be from Travis county (Texas) sheriffs office, claiming I had failed to shop up for "federal grand jury duty", and that I needed to contact them immediately via the chat function on a website that turns out to be a counterfeit version of a US government site. Through just a little bit of searching, I easily found that it was not a legitimate site.

I received a phone call stating I had failed to appear on Friday April 25, 2025 for grand jury duty at Edward R Roybal US Courthouse in Los Angeles.
They referenced email: [email protected] an phone number (323) 207-0460.
I don't think this is legitimate as I have never been called for any Federal Grand Jury Duty! -
