   Caller spoke with a very strong accent and when I told her I could not understand her she slowed down and spoke to me as if I was a small child or hard of hearing. On top of that, I refused to acknowledge if I was the person she was calling for. She then again, in very slow and over-exaggerated speech, told me a name of a company that I still couldn’t understand and said I had to make a payment of $X.XX but never completed any verification of who she was speaking to or any information that should be required to speak to someone pertaining to that type of problem. I informed her that I had no reason for a bill collector to call me as all of my bills were paid up to date and to please remove me from their spam calling list because they called me daily. She became highly agitated and yelled and cussed before hanging up.
