The number I received the call from was 5#1619. It was Comenity Bank who manages Ulta & Elder Beerman credit cards. I had missed a payment unknowingly so I made a payment over the phone with them, they already had my billing info so they asked for no information. They are legit.

I had missed a payment from Meijers unknowingly because I did not receive the paper statement. The call started out with a computer voice asking me to wait for an available agent. The agent started out by stating my full name. He said he was from Comenity bank and that I had missed my first payment. He did verify the last 4 digits of my card number which made me comfortable that this was legit. I did look up who the Meijer Mastercard banked through and it was Comenity bank. I contacted Comenity Bank Fraud department and found this to be a fraudulent phishing call. I gave their Fraud Department the call back information and they will be investigating it further.

Annoyed reported Prefix with the number 619 as Harassment calls
I have gotten a call from this number that pops up 5#1619. I've never answered and never have seen this number until this month try calling me. I won't answer it. No message is ever left either.
I am not sure what or who this number belongs to but I have been receiving 10+ calls from them everyday for the last two weeks. I do not ever answer the phone when I don't know who it is and I am getting annoyed with the constant calls. I have made a complaint with my provider and have tried to block the number but it doesn't work.

I answered the mobile phone that popped up 5#1619 and on the other end was Commenity Bank for my Pottery Barn account -- asking to make a payment. I said I'd do it online -- because who knows if it was legitimate.

This number keeps calling me, and now I'm getting calls from Ohio and other states. No new number releases and no connection to anyone in these states. What is going on?

I did answer the 5#1619 once and they wanted to know if I was available, and I kept asking what did they WANT!!! And she finally said she'd try back again. AND WHY CAN'T WE BLOCK THIS GOD FORSAKEN NUMBER?!?! -

i got a call today and the number that my phone registered was literally 5#1619, does anyone know what this is? Is it just a scam?

Cincinnati OHdan replied 5/2/17, 6:31 PMI just recieved this call from the same "number". I answered wondering who is it and they refused to tell me who it was. I suggest not to pick up this call, it may be a scan.

This is a Prefix number for San Diego area, but if you see 5#1619, this could be a scammer spoofing or renaming the caller ID to '5#1619' to trick the users into thinking it's an institutional service number regarding important matters. Use caution.
