I have the same situation with this number. I'm from Ukraine, and I posted a resume for a medical conference in Barcelona. They called me and said that my abstract was accepted as an oral presentation. After that, they asked me to pay a thousand euros for registration and accommodation. I participated in many scientific conferences, and they never call to anyone, except for some urgent situation. When I again checked the conference website, I realized that there is no actual information about the conference. Those people just took the program from previous years and put it on the site

Seems to be one of the predatory conferences. They usually spam by e-mail, but they found out phones too. Ignore and do not reply.
