Called and left a number of 855-256-5513 to settle a court dispute/litation (?). Gave a bogus case number and said they were a company called "Assure" but would not provide company details such as license number or address. Complete scan. They must be looking up public case information and cross referencing data base for known relatives and harassing family members to find a relative. Please do not fall for this trap.

Lady seemed was being coached, said would be at my home or work the next day at a specific time. Wanted to verify my ss, and would need I'd. This was left in a voice mail. -

Caller (male American voice?) left voice mails on my phone and my significant other's phone on the same day. Caller was listed as Private-Number on one phone and this spoofed phone number on another. Caller knew my child's full name, claimed the child was in their back seat and if I wanted them back I needed to give them a "loan" of $500 with 5% interest.

Multiple calls from this number pretending to be other phone numbers. Leave messages purporting to be lawyers, county attorneys, law enforcement, etc. Claim a fake debt is owed and threaten criminal charges or bigger lawsuit, if thousands of dollars are not paid. Claimed a debt from 20+ years ago. Yet the debt has not appeared on any credit report. They leave a different call back number than the number they purport to be calling from. They leave a fake case number and the phone number obviously does not match the agency they are claiming to be from.

I received a call and it went to voice message. Upon hearing message they stated they were calling on behalf of a Process Server in my county and their office attempted to deliver legal documents for me to appear in court but they returned from the address on file (my address is easily noted in my county). In order to avert further legal complications with the court I will need to speak with attorney Jacklin Smith
at 877-314-0121 and will need to refer to a reference number that they gave. The message was for me and that I have been summed to court.
I called my county court and they had no record of this attorney. I call the 877 number 4 different times using *67 and it was busy each time.
I suspected this was a from the beginning and this page confirmed my suspicions. -

Pulled up credit report to 2000 n no record. Called the "lawyer" number and was given case number etc.. if i settled today the would reduce to 3,500.
Credit card has no record of me. -

Said this message had been recorded and have been notified. Said something about trying to serve this person with documents and to call if needing to reschedule a delivery time at 888-745-2343. I've had this number for 16 years now...DANG SCAMMERS!!

Left message saying that they needed someone's signature on legal documents today for a pending lawsuit. Asked to call back 866-339-0350 with a specific case #. The lady who left the message was speaking so fast, it was tough to hear what law firm she was representing (Delbrook & associates??)
At first glance, it sounded legit - a message left on a wrong phone number. But after seeing this site, I now know it's a hoax. -

Left a voicemail on my landline, told me the last four digits of my SSN, said they had a suit against me. Couldn't make out the company name. Left a return number and case number for me to reference. Five minutes later, I had the exact same voicemail on my cell phone. Definitely a scam.

VICTOR calls my husbands phone & my phone saying they have been coming to our house trying to serve me for court.
According to my cameras, no sheriff has been here...yet. He calls us each once a day for a few days. -

Called looking for my brother saying they needed to serve him. Gave me a fake case number and told me he must call back at 866-210-2297 so that he can be served papers. The only problem is I don't have a brother and am an only child. Total Spam! Do not give out any information to these people!

Called posing as a call center saying that there would be some documents being served to me. Provided me with number 866-210-2297 and a case number. Called the number and they proceeded to tell me that I was being sued by a company for a purchase made almost 15 years ago. Demanded payment for $2400 so we can resolve this with a "handshake". Otherwise, I would face fraud charges and would have to pay $5000.
