Called to tell me they were trying to set up arrangements to get a debit cleared for capital one for a credit card keep me from going to court.
Name and address were wrong and the address that they gave was not right. When trying to ask questions they said they didn't have documentation that it would be from a court that they got the information. I called their bluff by asking questions. They finally hung up on me.
This is spam.
