Caller first called from a San Diego phone number then a San Francisco phone number stating that my unused vacation credits expired and needed to be reactivated. Lot's of talking on vacations and spots but not able to answer where I got the credits or when. I told them I am not giving my credentials to someone I don't know on the phone.
