"Calling with an important health reminder" - they called several times to make sure I had scheduled an annual wellness exam. I was indeed late in scheduling, so it has been more than a year. I called back, and started to think it was a scam during that conversation. They had some doctor I'd never heard of listed as my primary care provider. So I hung up and called the customer service line I normally use for Cigna, a dedicated line through our employer. The representative there was able to confirm that this is part of their preventative care wellness program. Hooray! Annoying, but not phished!
