   I got a post card from this place today. The card does not even have the name of the company on it. It simply says Home Records Division and the phone number 8884135452 as listed above. No company name or address. Never do business with any company that does not even tell you who they are.

   I got the postcard, and suspecting a scam, but curious, I called the number. Would not answer questions about what coverage or give examples of past coverage for other customers. Diverted my question of "Since this says to call for 'uninterrupted protection' I asked who on record has been paying it before?" He would give me no real info on his "warranty" when I wouldn't agree to it he got verbally aggressive, treated me as though I was mentally disabled. Was the rudest interaction I've had with a supposed salesperson. AVOID THIS SCAM.

   Mailed me what looks sort of like a postcard size card with COUNTY DEED RECORDS at the top and it stated that registration is required for continued protection. Looked up the phone # on the card and it indicated fraud. So I am leaving this to help others.

   Secure Home Center, reportedly founded in February 2022 in St. Louis, Missouri, sent out a suspicious home warranty letter lacking a return address. The letter created a false sense of urgency with bold warnings, a response deadline, and misleading references to a mortgage-related warranty. It listed 1-888-413-5452 as a callback number and vaguely promised $200 off—without disclosing the full cost. Labeled as a "final notice," it was actually the first contact. The recipient had no such warranty, making this a likely scam.

    I received a letter claiming that my property's home warranty had expired, along with a so-called voucher for $199. The message included an urgent note instructing me to "Please Call IMMEDIATELY," clearly trying to pressure a quick response.
