   Caller left message stating there is a legal action being finalized against me. No other information provided other than to call them back. They call frequently, from several different numbers despite being blocked. Most recently they called from this number.

   They left the same message 3 times - "We are taking legal action to change your status." No information on who they are, what it is for, and only mention that if we need information, call this number or else we will take a final action. ( They need to know what "final" means in the English dictionary ) No idea what "final actions" they are taking. I may get a 4th final action soon, who knows. Can somebody take action against these scammers? What a confusing message. Definitely a scam.

   Getting the same call. States my first name and maiden name I haven’t used in 16 years. They never identify themselves just pending investigation and further legal action.

   The caller claimed legal action was pending, first identifying as “Walker and Associates,” then “Milner and Associates” the next day. They referenced a supposed Chase debt from 2017, which the recipient immediately recognized as false—having banked with Chase since 2012 without any issue. When asked for a company address, the caller refused, further raising suspicion. The refusal to provide basic information confirmed the call’s illegitimacy and left no doubt it was an attempted scam.

   The caller spoke with a heavy, unclear accent and claimed that electricity would be shut off that afternoon unless a supposed overdue balance was paid immediately by phone. With no such balance showing on the account, the recipient quickly ended the call and reported the incident to the utility company.
