Saying legal action yet the name they are asking for is my former married name from like 20yrs ago and I have no debt besides my home which is current, just ran credit checks and all my accounts are current and no past dues or anything even my 3 cards with balances below $100 bucks which was just charged last week. Only thing I did recently was apply for a new credit card lol man the scammers work fast.
