I got a phone call from "K. Fisher" who works for "Cancun Properties Real Estate." On their website (www.cancunpropertiesonline.com) they claim to be a legitimate real estate agency. Supposedly they could help me buy a good property in Cancun at a very low price because the owner needed money. I should transfer money to their agent to cover the legal expenses and make a down payment. However, research revealed that the "agency" does not exit and that the "business" is fraudulent. Whoever transfer money to an agent of Cancun Properties Online will never see it again.
