TPS? Humbug! ICO maybe, if you want to bother, but probably not serious enough to get actioned.
If shut down, it is probably more profitable for them to pay the fine and start again from a new number.
Yet another number for the call-blocker to hang up on next time, before I hear any ring!

Sites like this are ok for winging, but it would be better if verified lists were used to screen calls out nationally in the exchanges for the benefit of all !
