Anderson; claims to be in USA, yet I can not call him back unless I use international calling codes; he refuses to send emails; claims to be delivering a package containing a cashiers cheqie plus keys to a new mercedes; yet he never shows up, and hints at a 450 pre-payment fee before delivery
