The name on caller ID shows as NAME NOT FOUND. They said they were from Safelink wireless and asked for my serial number for my safelink phone. They couldn't give me a reason as to why it shows NAME NOT FOUND so I hung up. I then called Safelink and they told me that I didn't need to do anything to continue using my brand new phone for another year.
