I got the same message re law suit against me from IRS

got the same call, this is the 2nd in a day or so claiming the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. Obviously the scams must be working on people if they are still using them. The IRS does NOT contact people by phone or email - period.

same scam again.. they claimed to be from IRS crime investigation division...do not give out any personal data!!

They claim to be IRS but they're definitely not. I called IRS and they told me they would send every notification of importance via US mail.
