   He told me his name was officer Jason Clark, from the IRS investigations & if I or my attorney didn't call back asap he wished me luck in what would be coming to me! He never said anything about who this was for, just kept saying the call was for "YOU"! Same message to me twice & I called the number he left back & his name was different...it was Cooper on his voice mail! The second time I left a message telling him he had the wrong number & if HE didn't stop calling I was going to investigate both numbers AND his name with my local police station or more if I had to, since NO officer would leave a message like that! No third call...I think he's done with his threats now!

   Called me at 7 am and claimed they were from the IRS and I owed money. He had a heavy foreign accent. I realized that this was some sort of scam without even listening to his story.

   Yes, I can state the same thing, in my case they even threatened me... this is really hilarious. how they even imagine we trust them?!
