The individual claims to be "Jessica Nixon," and says something to the effect of, "I'm following up regarding your eligibility with student loan forgiveness. It seems that your application is incomplete and needs to be submitted before the end of the forbearance deadline. It is urgent you return this call before the end of the deadline. You must complete your application before payments resume. All student loans qualify. Please call us as soon as possible as benefits are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.     Same as everyone else. For context, my student loans are Federal at Great Lakes and forbearance due to COVID has been extended until January 2022.

    A female voice identifying itself as "Jessica Nixon", says that I have an incomplete application for "load forgiveness". I do not have an application for "loan forgiveness", never had a loan other than a car loan and a house loan, have never filed an application for any type of loan forgiveness. Clearly a Phishing call or a Cost Trap.

    Call is from 332-217-9953 and leaves message to call 202-938-0800 to speak to a counselor regarding loan forgiveness. This does not apply to me and I keep getting this message with different originating phone numbers. I block the number and a new one comes in

    Received same voicemail as others have posted from Jessica Nixon calling about my incomplete loan eligibility and gave me code 210-5011 to expedite the process. Also said that this benefit was on a first come first serve basis and needed to be done as soon as possible. I actually called the number and it sounded legit. As the operator said it was recording the conversation, he caught me asking out loud if this was a real company and my call was immediately dropped. That's when I resorted to googling the number. I also see that "Jessica Nixon" called me from a different number (347) 221-6592 but told me to contact 202-938-0800. DO NOT GET TRICKED Y'ALL. NEVER GIVE OUT PERSONAL INFO OVER THE PHONE.
